Arby's

Food was good. Service was good. Do not ever get the Oreo bites. They are really disguising. Its like biting in to a soggy, warm, cake, filled with melted Oreo filling. Not even close to an Oreo. False advertising, if you ask me. Now if it tasted good, it would be fine. But, its not even good.

Arby's has a good basic menu which consistently have served well. However I frequent the store more when they roll out the fabulously tasting new sandwiches which are the thick double maple bacon, and cheese steak, and other specialties like those. Why do they remove these money making, advertised specials, after only a couple months. Arby's would attract more customers simply by adding these specialty sandwiches to the basic menu . If they did that, I would rate them a 4

Service was quick and the sandwiches were good. It's a major fast food chain so that's to be expected. Not much else to say to be honest. Sometimes you feel like a sandwich over a burger.

I had actually visited this Arby's prior to this visit the reason I was there this time was so that they could correct my order that they had messed up previously
My sandwiches were not only missing an item on them but it was the wrong meat that I had ordered and I had gotten potato cakes and they were cold I mean they were cold they were nasty so they had replaced my potato cakes with fresh ones this visit and I'll have to say the potato cakes were 100% better because they were fresh you should never eat the potato cakes unless they're 100% fresh
I think some of the staff there need to learn to be a little more friendly the first gal that I encountered was very friendly and very helpful but the manager that took over was not she was not friendly and she was not really that helpful
Let's put it this way by her attitude if that was my first time I would never go back!

The staff is always so friendly! I come here as often as I can and for a fast food place, the staff is really happy. The kitchen also appears to be really clean. Their combos can be on the higher side if you add any size upgrade & curly fries, however if you want something quick it's not a bad choice.
