Dave's Hot Chicken

The chicken was good, so were the fries, a little pricey but it’s one of the only places open at night. Service was very fast nothing was missing. I loved the fries.
I would have given 5 stars but I am not a fan of the macaroni and cheese, it reminded me of the kind that’s served at Buffets. I also prefer actual toast rather than regular sliced sandwich bread. For me personally, 2 tenders were very filling.

This our first time at Dave's Hot Chicken I heard that name before it originally started in East Hollywood remember a friend of mine tell there's a great Chicken sandwich place in East Hollywood. A dream comes true now they restaurants locations over the southern California. I was tell my wife I was very curious about Dave's Hot Chicken we saw one in the city of Rosemead. We have eaten all kind of chicken sandwich including Nashville,Korean,fusion,etc.. The Dave's Hot Chicken location we went to in Lakewood we decided to try it out.

We park then we step in the restaurant we say wow what unique restaurant then we say the menu then we decided to order the two slider combo. We waited for our number to be called and final they call our number I pick up our meal and head were we seated at. The Sliders look very good one bite wow very good chicken sandwich we didn't pick any heat. The Sliders have a good flavor including the fries it also have sauce by the side. My wife enjoy the sandwich. We need to come back again.

Tried medium, hot, and extra hot.

Extra hot should me medium….

Portion sizes for sauces and sides are tiny- they only fill half way up.

Fries were under seasoned. Kale slaw was extremely bland. Mac and cheese was good though.

Chicken was juicy and crunchy. I got the tenders.
