    Wonderful food. Service was excellent.

    Excellent food. Waitress was overbearing and hovered at my literal side while waiting for me to sign and tip. There was only one other table with patrons.

    Only been twice for breakfast so I'll go back to get a better feel. Then maybe four stars. Food was good, nice and clean. Got seated right away.

    The staff is friendly and service is fast. The place is clean and well-kept (newly opened). The prices are low. Portion sizes are reasonable. I recommend The Elm for a quick and inexpensive breakfast or lunch on The BLVD.
    Having only eaten here once, I have very narrow experience with the food quality. I had the corned beef hash and eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The corned beef hash, frankly, seemed like it came from a can. It was mediocre but filling.
