Red Salmon Japanese Restaurant

Had their vegetable, vegetable tempura, and avacado roll. All were good. Service was prompt but we did show up an hour before closing so that may have been a factor. Liked the decor too. The cherry blossoms sprinkled with lights created good atmosphere.

Lots of sushi options to choose from. Ran out of a lot of specials but still enjoyed the rest of the menu. Staff could be a little bit more attentive. Sometimes they didn't follow through with request. Really enjoyed the halibut with the sheso (sp?) leaf. Tables are ranging from small to large, good for any party size. Lots of parking in a closed-off lot.

The integrity of the staff here is hands down the best. My niece worked all day to earn money for her iPhone and dropped the money out of her pocket. We called and the gentleman who was working there turned in the $30. In today's society that never happens. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the staff and will continue to go there because of this! Thank you sir for your honesty.

This place has great food and great service. Everything from the sushi to the ramen was delicious. We sat at the sushi bar, and even though it was crowded the sushi chef was very friendly and attentive. He had advise 9n what to order and got us our food quickly. Can't wait to come back here.
