I never understood why it takes so long to order & receive your food. They do one thing; chicken, but u will be there for 20 minutes or more regardless whether the line is long or not. Pick up the pace people, your product is good, make the service match it.

This time around was a no-go. The chicken was small and almost flavorless. I bought 5 Thursday specials (for a total of 10 pieces) but ended up with only 7 pieces. A total disappointment since I loved their spicy chicken with Tapatio and now I'm left devastated wondering where I will go to get my spicy chicken fix. Only reason why this wasn't a 2 star is because they tried to make it right by refunding me more than the missing chicken's worth. I may give them a chance in the future, but my fowl fondness for this place subsides for now.

Enter at your own risk. Best fried chicken in LA when it comes to fast food. The risk is to want to come back every day. I prefer the spicy, it's very tasty and not as greasy as the regular, and have you tried the beans and rice? They also have the new dressings and the blackened ranch is out of this world. They charge extra but they're worth it.
