Not authentic Mexican, but enough to rid myself of the craving. -

(November 6, 2018, 6:16 pm)I love Super Mex! Have made a habit of going to this location in Long Beach as well as the Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley locations. I think their carnitas is fantastic. I also like their large tortilla chips. Prices are extremely reasonable. Can always get a table and service is generally good although the last time I was at the Long Beach location it took forever to get our dinners. They were more than usually busy that night and it think they were also short of staff. The margaritas are good although that same night in Long Beach, mine seemed a bit weak. Oh well, everyone has an off night!
