Sura Korean BBQ & Tofu House Restaurant - Long Beach

Absolutely love the food here. A+ It works out great for me because my wife is vegetarian, so there is a wide range of veggie and tofu options and I can get my kbbq fix. Great quality food.

Thought this place was great! Happened on it and decided to pop in because why not. Of the few Korean bbq places I’ve had, Sura ranks well. Apparently they used to have tacos, but do not any longer. They do have tortes though, but I didn’t try ‘em this time.

Pretty good! Love the serving of purple rice instead of white. It's different. I definitely recommend the tteokbeoki - soft and chewy and the perfect spice level. Service is also amazing! There is parking in the back. Don't miss this gem of a spot!

Would it kill you to cut the meat all the way through? I’m sitting here at work with your spicy pork, and 80% of the time I try to pick up a bite with the chopsticks the meat isn’t cut all the way through and I have a huge pile of meat that I can’t possibly fit into my mouth and no knife to finish cutting it. The same thing happened the time I came to your restaurant but at least there I could deal with it more easily. I’m now sitting in my office with no knife and wearing business clothes, so I’m not wanting to fight with this mess. Cut the meat all the way through so I can eat it pease!

I love Sura!!!! I am so grateful that there is a kbbq place that has vegan options and is hyper sensitive to allergies. I have a shellfish allergy and i always feel so welcome here. Everything is delicious so I won’t go there. I love the side dishes they give you and the soup but honestly, everything is good. They have good Japanese and Korean drinks also.
