If you are a newbie to ramen i highly recommend this place they will break it down for you and describe the differences in each item. There menu is easy to understand and the food is authentic. The spicy ramen and spicy edamame are a go to.

(February 21, 2019, 3:43 am)The service isn't great, but I don't care about that, I just want ramen and drinks. The broth and toppings are great, the noodles, packaged... seriously, how can you be a respectable ramen place and serve freeze dried noodles, that are more expensive than making in house? That boggles me. The soft boiled egg is always cooked perfectly, but they don't brine them so they are plain. 5 stars of those two items were fixed, better service would just be a bonus. I'm still going to be a repeat customer, crossing my fingers that they fix the noodle issue.

(January 14, 2019, 5:30 am)Best Ramen is Southern California. Located in Downtown Long Beach it’s literally the best tasting Ramen I have ever eaten besides Tokyo.
