Village Road Pizzeria

I have passed by this place a thousand times and finally I could resist the smells wafting from the kitchen no more. Let me say I was not disappointed. I ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni with sausage and mushroom. The wait was a bit long at 45 minutes, but the chef was busy the entire time. This place is tiny, inside feels like a beer bar with only bar seating, but there are a few picnic tables outside. The cheese pizza was great. The crust was flavorful with the right amount of chew, the sauce was super savory and seasoned nicely and the cheese was high quality. The pepperoni pizza was equally impressive. All the ingredients were fresh and high quality and made to order. I can hardly wait to sample the rest of the menu. The menu is small, but I would rather see a small menu executed well than a voluminous menu executed poorly.

Good pizza. But they close at 9pm on sunday. You call them at 8:40pm for a pickup and guess what, they wont pick up the phone.

Perfect place for a slice of pizza. If your are looking for a place to eat a slice this is the place.

food is great, if ur lucky u can catch a slow period on Sundays to catch a football game!
