I never seen so much team work in customer service we had 3 great up beat waitresses come to get our drinks started before we ordered to help each other and other waiters helped by bringing the food another one brought hot towels another one or two or three cleared the table as they walked by and all with smiles and kindness. Amazing
To me BBQ is like pizza. Everybody has a recipe, no two are alike and everyone claims their recipe is authentic: Kansas City, New Orleans, Texas, Dave's: the list is endless. You have to take it as it comes. They have 2 meats plate. I ordered burnt brisket ends and chicken. Each meat came with a different BBQ topping . They also have an option to order you dish `make my bones dry'. It comes fully seasoned but without the sauce. Their three types of sauce are available at the table. I will order that way in the future. I didn't care for their sauce choices but I did like their sauce. Just wish I'd have made my own choices.
It meets my basic criteria for a restaurant: hot food hot, cold food cold, clean restroom. There are too many televisions. It was clear in her demeanor the waitress didn't like being asked to give us more time to decide.
could smell the delicious wood burning from the parking lot and couldn't get in the restaurant fast enough. All the meat was so tender and delicious. The banana pudding was very good as well. Highly recommend
The place to get your fix of meat and BBQ. The Brisket sandwich and the tri tip one are AMAZING. you can clearly see the smoke ring and the flavor is infused in the meat. Portion wise, you will be full. Also the staff are very friendly. They have lots of southern appetizers, I like to order the fried okra
Great BBQ and great service. Parking can get a little difficult during peak times so be aware. They recently added a dog-friendly covered patio area (that took up some of the parking spots) Speaking of dog, they have dog specific entrees (chicken and beef).
We need to specifically call out Erica for being an awesome bartender and server. She is very personable, attentive and remembers your drinks (they are on the way before you even sit down).
Highly recommend the place.
