Good rice dishes, but average ramen. Pretty pricey, too, but the staff was friendly and quick.

Same as another review, the prices are a little discouraging. Qty 3 dumplings for $7, that's over $2 per piece (crazy). If you order the standard ramen for $10, you won't get a piece of seaweed or bamboo shoot or pickled ginger in your ramen. Just meat, broth, noodles, a sprinkling of sesame seeds and a quarter-size bit of green onions. You might end up paying $15 for a ramen bowl with what should be standard fair. Let's face it, ramen is supposed to be inexpensive layman's fare. The broth is tasty but is it made from scratch on the premises to justify the cost? I'm giving it 4 stars because I want to encourage more ramen places, but we probably won't be back here for a while. GU Ramen, how about a ramen happy hour? I'd come back to visit for that! Good luck-
The host/waitress didn't acknowledge us when we walked in even when they walked in front of us for a few minutes. The waitress we had was not very friendly. didn't had a smile and seemed in a hurry. The price for the pot stickers is ridiculous 3 of them for $7. But what keeps this 3/5 is the ramen. Its great! Noodles were chewy and the broth was delicious. Egg was cooked perfectly and pork was amazing.
Been here couple times since they’ve opened, great service! The ramen tofu is fantastic. Gotta love a place near home that caters to vegetarians. Decent draft beer selection.
