A good location if you like to Mingo and walk around. Lots of lots of happening there and a looks to be a hip younger crowd. Ambiance was good and the food came out very fast. Service was friendly and overall a nice place to grab a bite. If you are into all you can it the $29 option is for you. The sushi was ok and can will work. I will rate the food part 3 and overall a 4 due to good pricing speed of service and ambiance.
Great service and atmosphere, but sorry to say, thought the food was pretty mediocre. I’m not a picky person when it comes to sushi, but many of the rolls that I ate just had strange added ingredients like sautéed mushrooms that offput me a bit. Maybe they were trying to be different because so many sushi places can offer basically the same types but, in this case, different did not work in their favor.
The prices aren’t cheap at all whatsoever, either, which probably makes the mediocre food all that much more disappointing.
I would like to stress, however, that my server was fantastic, the food was brought out quickly, drinks were filled on time, and the restaurant itself looks very lovely and was comfortable.
Was in Long Beach on a business trip! Searched on google for a good sushi restaurant! Turns out that this place is beyond good! It was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh and inexpensive! The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was amazing! Next time I am in Long Beach I will be having another sushi night for sure! I wish they had one of these where I live!
All you can eat sushi is a great deal! Everything we tried was so good. Highly recommend.
This octopus is welcome to jam it's all you can eat tentacles down my gullet any day. You would need to have eight arms to keep me away from the succulent sushi offerings of this delicious bodega of tastiness. Mmmm
