(March 9, 2019, 7:23 am)I was shocked at the price for a burrito. $8 for a plate? At a sit down Mexican restaurant? Such a good deal! I got a carne asada wet burrito and it was fantastic—very tasty, large portion and came with a side of guacamole and sour cream. The complimentary chips and salsa were nice as well. Great service, too. Recommended!

(February 15, 2019, 1:55 am)My go to Mexican in Long Beach! This mom and pop operation is friendly, cleaner and delicious. Parking may be tricky but welcome to LA. Decor is bright and festive, servers are friendly and patient with questions. Love it.

(December 5, 2018, 10:16 pm)I've been going to this place for years. Back in the day when they were located in Compton across the street in the shopping center from the Gas Co. The Chicken Enchiladas are the bomb. The Steak Picado is great too. Family owned and operated. If you are in Long Beach and craving Mexican food, at reasonable price stop by Rivera's.
