    Service was good, the food was underwelming. I walked in with high hopes and left feeling disappointed. Looks better than it tastes.

    A friend of mine works here and told me I should try it. I wasn't aware of the place but decided to give it a try. Despite its odd location across from the Pacific Ave. Metro station away from anything else, I was glad I went.
    The food here is fresh, authentic and really good. My view on Mexican restaurants is largely dependent on the rice and beans and Guadalupe's makes them well. I had a bean and cheese burrito that was good size and ordered the carnitas for my partner. He said his dish was excellent and ate every bite.
    I'll definitely go back to get more of this tasty food.
