McDonald's

It was going to leave a 3 star rating because they confused orders in the drive-thru. However the manager step in and made my order right after getting it wrong twice and charging me the wrong order. I owed like $8 dollars difference but he took accountability for their mistakes and didn't have to pay. And I was happy on my way out of there.

The staff is very nice here. The customers, though, are nightmares. Every last person who works there and manages to put up with the trashy, gross, rude customers who frequent this place deserves to get any other job they want. No interviews. If you work here and survive it, you should have whatever you want. The building and dining areas otherwise are clean and pleasant.

I was helped immediately by a young man named Isaac. Very polite, and professional who met me almost at the door, instructed me on use of the kiosk, and wished me a great day. Food was so fast. Manager was extremely polite and efficient.

They're pretty good here, accurate with your order about 90% of the time. Only real complaint is the food sometimes is cold.. I'd go to another McDonald's, but this is the closest one to me and so, it's has to do!!
