delicious! We let the waiter know that we'd never tried Cambodian food before, so he helped us choose a menu of authentic dishes for our first visit. will definitely come back! love the variety of dishes and they have some very reasonably priced meals

This was our first time at Sophy's, a great Cambodian food experience. The owner took a long time explaining the typical Cambodian dishes. The service is fast, the food is excellent.

One of my all-time favorite restaurants in Long Beach. You can get excellent Thai and Cambodian good here, which is great, but they also are so nice. My sibling is allergic to soy, so many Asian restaurants are tough. They use vegetable oil (which was indeed mostly soy oil), but said they would be happy to make anything they could without it. We spoke with Bobby who said walked us through every item in the menu we asked about and told us every ingredient. He said they would cook things with broth instead of oil (wow), and would just avoid any soy paste or sauce. My sibling ate all the dishes the rest of us did, which is amazing considering. Not only that but he went way over the top to make sure we would all be happy and comfortable with all the choices.

I’d been to Sophys many times before, and the food tasted just as great as always. They are amazing and I highly highly recommend them!

Portions were great and prices were VERY reasonable (our meals were $8 and $9). Casual place but we were very pleased
