Louisiana Fried Chicken

Chicken is delicious. Sides not so much. Gravy for mashed potatoes is bland. Dirty rice is dry and has no flavor...the gumbo.. I'm not even going there. Should be called gumb-no.. even the fries are just ok. How do you mess up French fries? I'll only be purchasing chicken from now on.

The only reason this place gets hit 3 is because I have sensitive taste buds. whatever they dipped their Fried Chicken in is a tad bit spicy. fortunately I was getting this for other people and I knew when it had Louisiana in the title it probably would be spicy. I did meet a lady who ate their everyday and was ecstatic about it.

Loved the food it was fresh and ready. I didnt have to wait all day. Love the new ownership

Just got the Cajun Asian fried rice and egg rolls. Awesome twist to fried rice! And it didnt break my wallet. Can't wait to go back to try more of the new Asian fusion stuff off the menu. Haven't eaten the chicken yet but if its anything like the previous owner I already know its good. You have to see the inside, a huge improvement! Very beautiful! Hidden gem. Owner is there to make sure staff shows the same great customer service he gives ????

I’ve eaten at this Louisiana fried chicken when the other owners owned it and it’s obvious that there’s a serious paradigm shift here. The new owner really has invested time and money into this place. He himself will sometimes work behind the counter and even in the kitchen which is rare for an owner. The man really cares what people think and how they feel when they come there and his staff is very friendly and very well-versed. I always asked for fresh chicken, and they have no problem making it. This place is awesome! ????
