    They promote using trays to collect payment and serve food in drive thru. Suggest using card with machine for safer experience. Helpful staff and food is still great quality. When ya gotta eat fast food they are still my go to spot for the Friday night dinner and movie time.

    I visited recently during the pandemic, so I ordered to go (obviously lol. I walked in, and the place was nice and clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. I placed a pretty large order. As with all my to go orders anywhere I go, I always double check my orders to be sure it is correct. One of the burgers was made incorrectly. The lady (I believe to be a manager on duty) who took my order showed the cook her error, and made the cook, right then and there, even though the cook was busy making other orders, stop and remake my burger. Now that is excellent customer service. I waited LESS then a minute and even got to keep the mistake burger that my husband got to enjoy. Thank you Carl's Jr for the good hot food, excellent customer service. I will be back!

    First impression, nice and clean. Upon ordering some food to go, the staff were extremely courteous. My order was taken and made fresh and fast. Upon checking my order which I always do before I leave any establishment, I noticed one of the burgers had cheese. I specifically said no cheese as I have allergies and even the receipt said no cheese. Even though the cook was super busy, the manager on duty (who took my order), promptly told the cook to remake anotherI watched the manager teach/show the cook her error on her (the cooks) computer screen, and promptly remake me another burger less then 1 minute! I was super impressed, left happy, and satisfied. She even let me keep the mistake burger which my husband happily ate. This is how it's done folks. I'll definitely be back to this particular Carl's. Keep up the great work.

    Came to this Carl Jr location and found the staff quite pleasant. I tried the new Beyond Star burger and it was pretty good.
