    Crack Rules! Best burgers EVER!!!

Very rare to find such a peaceful, green view with peaceful surroundings in the middle of a city, Not only a great burger but an awesome Venue, a true oasis at the same time! This is my new special place, Will be returning many times and tell all my friends and family!

Talk about a unique place. This little place is located in what appears to be a former pro shop on the golf course. In fact, golfers still pay for their rounds on the opposite side of the room. The owner is a pretty unique guy. Very friendly, but no nonsense, at the same time. He engages with his customers regularly. My wife, daughter, and I all ordered a cheeseburger. There are no preformed patties here and the beef is on the fatty side, but that lends to the delicious burger we all enjoyed. Although there were no fries to order, the owner told us he's going to be firing up his air fryer so fries will be in the menu soon and according to him, they are delicious. Can't wait to try those next time we're there.

Heard about these guys through food blogs and their burgers are everything they are touted to be! Highly elevated burgers, and specials of the day like pastrami tacos and smoked pulled pork. The owner Crack is friendly and has a good assistant cooking and prepping awesome food in yes, get this, cooking in a small kitchen inside the 9-hole Bixby Golf center in Long Beach. Famous for his bacon jam it goes on everything. Highly recommend!

Killer burger, hands down. Small wait, as it's only one person doing it all. Enjoy some sun on the porch & watch out for stray balls.

    Will most certainly visit again.

Dirty Burger / burger, bacon jam, chiptole aioli, cheddar cheese - 5 🌟!
    Mac and Cheese - 5 🌟!

I stopped by on Tuesday on a whim. I had seen the EaterLA article and was curious what a burger served at a club house on a public golf course was about. Also, I was intrigued that the place is called Crack Burger. Naming your spot after a dangerous and addictive drug is a bold choice.

When I arrived the chef was still setting up. He is a one man operation. While he was getting his modest outdoor grill going, people were already gathering and most were like me, not there for golf. He told us his goal was to help get more people to visit the golf course and pro shop and he seemed happy and stressed that he was getting some attention.

The burger was amazing. Very well cooked. The one I had came with bacon jam and chipotle aioli which was a superb flavor combo. He didn't have fries so I sampled his mac and cheese as a side. The patio seating had a view of the golf course and one group of golfers joked that the smell of burgers was distracting them.

I love the quirkiness of the setting. The burger was really awesome and I hope he has a lot of success in the years to come.
