    Where do I start? How about that this is a pregnant momma’s must destination for any cravings. I only intended to go there for the fresh, hot, delicious pan de sal. I ended up with ube ensaymada, cheese ensaymada, cheese rolls, spanish bread, 3 kinds of empanada - beef, chicken, pork, milk tea, cucumber lemon and halo halo. Oh! They had ready to eat jackfruit and I had to get those, too! All those goodies at 8 am. Very friendly service. Prefers cash but accepts card with a 3 point something fee. Thank you! Will be back for sure for bahn mi, turon, egg rolls, shakes, etc.

    First time coming here and loved it! The owner was so sweet and inviting, offered us to try some items that we inquired about so I felt the passion of what she makes. Loved her attitude, her smile on her face just oozed comfort and warm ness.The egg rolls were to die for, the coconut bread was so delicious, and the coconut smoothie with boba was refreshing, won’t be my last time here so I recommend you come give it a try.

    Affordable and one of my favorite places to go. The food and boba is the great but the friendliness and customer service is the best part!!!

    Very good place to get a quick bite. I love there purple cream cheese buns and banana egg rolls. And the employees are always happy to help. Great breakfast/snack place. Definitely would recommend this place.

    BEST BEST BEST BOBA EVER. and COCONUT BREAD. This restaurant gave me hope that you can find fresh quality food for a very very affordable price ????
