Great new “chick” on the block!!! Simple menu with delicious and healthy chicken and yummy sides. We had the 1/2 of the g-chicken — which is seasoned with korean chili, orange, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey. The chicken was moist and delicious. We throughly enjoyed the unique sides of curry cauliflower with braised raisins, vadouvan spice and the blueberry black rice —Seasoned with vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, star anise. The vibe is awesome especially the outside patio. The comfortable seating and the beautiful breezes made for a relaxing place to enjoy a great meal.

Went to try out this new place today. I can indeed say the food was definitely outstanding. We tried the G-Bird, Sweet Potatoes, rotisserie potatoes, and the black rice. While the chicken was moist and flavorful it did arrive somewhat lukewarm. The rest of the food arrived steaming hot (as it should of)... Not sure if it was the general manager or the owner but a tall blonde women did approach us to ask how everything was. Including the black rice which at first sounded odd. It was cooked or marinated with blueberries hence the name black rice. It did grow on me as I tried a few spoonfuls. It also was a nice compliment to the strong flavor of the G-Bird. We will definitely come back more often since we're local to the area.

Simply put, the food is delicious. It’s interesting and flavorful and definitely will put a smile on your face with the very first bite. We love that the chicken is pastured and we were thankful to find such quality ingredients on there menu. There is a lovely kid friendly play area that my son loved. We also greatly appreciated the attention and care that was put into serving my son food that was safe for his multiple food allergies. The staff had the most positive attitudes and they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Their smiles said it all. Everyone looked happy to be there and you could feel that. Thank you all for two enjoyable meals! Without a doubt, we will be back!

Wow, I can’t stop talking about this place. For two of us, we ordered a half chicken and 2 sides - it was the perfect amount of food. We got the thyme/lemon/sage chicken and wow was it delicious. Tender, moist, perfectly seasoned (unlike some chicken where only the skin is flavorful)... I couldn’t stop eating it. We also got the blueberry rice (what?!) which was really really delicious but perhaps a little sweeter than I’d prefer (though I’d order it again), and the squash with candied ginger which wasn’t sweet at all (phew!). Everything just had unusual and perfectly combined flavors that were really well balanced. I don’t eat out that often, but will certainly be craving more food from Noble Bird.

Tip: the chicken tastes better when you eat with your hands.... and they have a two sinks in the front for that very purpose (I assume). Take advantage of it!

Sampled across the menu. Huge fan in the making here. Been telling friends that this is a flavor-driven kitchen. The chicken is luscious, obviously, but the sides are the draw. We are rooting for them to get it all worked out. Pitchers so they can refill water without forcing use of a second plastic cup will help. Improving timing of food out of the kitchen is needed (sandwich came out, 4 minutes later the three sides, and 8 minutes more before our (whole) chicken showed up), and maybe a couple less peppers ? They’re too dominant. We felt like we oversold when we returned to introduce friends, but fingers crossed. I’ll be back just so I can update this review to 5 stars as it seems like this is growing pain. It’s only been open a week.
