    Good, clean, typically has tables available to sit inside. Also has a small patio area.

    So this is my home SB, I live about 3 minutes away when I get the green light at Studebaker Rd. People are always friendly like the culture is a little different here than the ones on Spring/Palo Verde and Bellflower/Stearns. It's nice here. Maybe because my wife and frequent this establishment and they know us already. It's a good thing really.

    The drinks made here are a little better too, maybe I'm a little bias but for some reason, the Cold Brew (black/no water) tastes better to me. I think it's because they clean their water filter regularly. That makes a big difference.

    Always friendly and great food and drinks. Love to hang out in the dog friendly patio here. Free Pupaccinos.
