Breakfast sandwich on croissant, huge!
Forgot to ask to add sprouts this time, but I suggest adding them! They make the sandwich so yummy!
MY NEW FAVORITE BREAKFAST PLACE. THE FRENCH TOAST IS WITH REAL MAPLE SYRUP. THE BRAISED GRAPEFRUIT IS SUMPTUOUS. THE TOP HAS A CRUSTY SUGARED CRUST MADE BY A LITTLE FIRE. BURSTING WITH GLORIOUS FLAVOR. THE ENTIRE MEAL WAS 100% great. CANT FORGET THE SERVER WHO STOOD HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE YOUR NORM HER NAME HIS AENNI. SHE WENT OVER AND ABOVE FOR ME. THANK YOU MY NEW FAVORITE.
Another great breakfast at a reasonable price. I love to try all the independent coffee shops we have in Long Beach and this one is a favorite. Nicolas is such a great welcoming person that is so helpful and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The menu has a great variety for a small place. I had the traditional breakfast with the house made sausage patty, scrambled eggs and a huge, savory, homemade biscuit. My husband had the triple berry smoothie which was light and very berry! The drip coffee was good plus you get a free refill! Everything is made from scratch with the freshest ingredients plus the price is reasonable. What I paid for our whole breakfast is what I pay at other trendy coffee shops for one avocado toast and small coffee!! So if you want good, fresh, filling, homemade food, in a great ambiance, try the Steel Cup Cafe!!
This place is a mix between a Starbucks and a breakfast place. It’s pretty small and mostly a place to grab some food and coffee to chill and study. Their menu is simple bit good! Tried the breakfast sandwich with the biscuit. They are a bit pricey but the portions are good for the price. Their latte art was cute too!
Fantastic breakfast and coffee spot with really well made food. Honestly one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had.
I ordered the Traditional Breakfast with eggs over easy, sausage patty, and sourdough toast. I am super impressed with how fresh everything tasted and how well it was prepared.
The eggs were exactly as ordered and held a lot of flavor. The toast was nice and hearty with the perfect amount of butter. Sausage patty was handcrafted and fairly lean with a really pleasant and light spiced flavor.
I definitely recommend this place for a nice and comforting breakfast. I’ll certainly be back to try out some more of their food. :)
