Vegan Castle

Vegan sushi this place has it and it's amazing. It takes skills to roll up the nori. Big prop to the chefs they are really doing a good job.

Very good service and quality. It was delicious and well priced for vegan food. But I hope they change their location and or give this place a face lift. The tables are sticky and the ambiance is just dingy. The saucers they laid out all had dust on them and the kitchen was run down. But again the staff and food quality is very very good. I hope they open more locations.

Delicious sushi. Great service. Place is "hole-in-the-wall" style and is definitely a gem in the Long Beach area. The vegan sushi also doesn't have that "fishy" smell or taste which is great.

Great staff and great food! Try the volcano rolls. The texture and flavors are solid, yet not overpowering. And they have been able to apply a crispy texture to soft, perfectly cooked rice and surround it by amazing flavor. It's the kind of artistry of food that looks so effortless, but you know it takes a lot of skill. Also, the banana strawberry dessert "sushi" was so well-made and delicious!

Great place for vegan sushi and great service! I asked for the shrimp tacos to be made with soft tortillas and they happily accommodated the request. They were huge and filling. I also asked for a vegetable roll (not on the menu) and they made one up for me. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu items.
