What a great place to hang out. They have a full bar, great food (the best burger I've had in a long time!) and a friendly atmosphere. Stop by and say hello to Angie, she's good people. ????
For someone who have lived in LA this place is Tiny without much room between tables and chair. The view is not spectacular but it's a view at the end. I just had a drink there and they made it good.
No comment on staffing, if you don't grab the bartender attention they would either look at you or wait for you to approach them. Overall good place to go on a date or hangout with friends.
I like everything about this place... except the stage. The low beam on the upstage is hazardous. The singer of the band I came to see left with a giant welt on his forehead from hitting his head on that beam. You gotta do better for the bands that play here and bring you patrons. Get that fixed and I'll give a 5 star rating.
They don't serve liquor. I don't know how so many bars in LA can feel good about create an institution for drinkers and not be able to serve real drinks. It wouldn't be so bad if any of the bars around here had spirits. But they don't. Very small for large crowds of metalheads. You're gonna get hot inside. Fortunately outside there's someone with a taco stand setup who knows what people want. Wish he had a Google review page (5 stars).
A very nice punk place. I've been there at night with a friend to see punk groups performing. It was awsome. People are nice, the beer is good. It was only 5 dollars for the special event.
