Brown Donkatsu

Quick, easy meal. Not the best but decent. The donkatsu was HUGE.

Served with real Korean sauce!

Based on the signage, this place has been around for awhile but is part of the collection of food court options (Square Mix).

We had both the chicken and pork tonkatsu. The style of light, airy, tempura based coating that is crispy and tasty. It does not steal or overwhelm from you tasting the meat, just perfect.

The ranchero sauce is old school traditional and with the optional egg on top makes it even better. I would recommend you get sauce on the side, they give a lot.

Service is awesome and the female assistant manager was great at explaining options and how the Square Mixx court was all related.

Parking is very easy, the complex has 5 stories of parking. And the upper deck is a very nice place to hang out and enjoy the day / night. I recommend this place and we’re coming back.

Brown Donkatsu is awesome. Always cooked well and the portions are huge. I think they have the best Katsu sauce. Definitely worth a trip if you are at the Gaju food court!
