(February 20, 2019, 7:56 am)El pollo loco on Sherman Way and Winnetka it has been remodel, it's cleaner but is too small if one decided to dine in. It gets full during peak hours, best time to get your meal is between 3pm-5pm
Inside the wait is longer but if you're press for time you can always use the drive thru which it would served faster. When buying meal deals make sure to let them know that you want fresh and juicy chicken otherwise they will give you dry, reheated and over cooked chicken that looks darker then golden brown. -
(December 12, 2018, 3:24 am)This is one of the better Pollo Loco locations I've been to. I recently moved nearby this place, and it's been consistantly better than the others in the Valley. They're not perfect, but they seem to care.
