Very friendly craft your own pizza, the buy one get one free coupon got me in there. I loaded my pizzas with toppings and truly it was a bit much for me, I think next time I will go with the idea that less is more. The people were very helpful and friendly and I like that. I don't drink but they have an excellent selection of beers and I have friends that I know would love that. I've gone to Pizza Rev and Pieology, and I would say that this place ranks in the middle as far as quality, selection and taste. Personally, I enjoy Pizza Rev best and Pieology least. I'd put this one in the middle. If you come across the two for one coupon it's certainly worth a visit.
Simply outstanding. I've tried several of these types of pizza restaurants and truly enjoyed all of them. Not one can even begin to compare to Pizza Press in terms of quality and taste. Add to that the owner (Dave?) is just super friendly and ethusiastic; Pizza Press is a fast favorite.
Really good pizza. I got two different pizzas...cant remember their names but I was happy with both. I like the flexibility allowed in customizing- and they are not stingy at all about accommodating those requests. A number of beers there. I'm not much of a beer lover but they have a number of less common beers, in addition to a few everyone's heard of like modelo. You'd hardly notice this location from the street however
The staff is generally friendly (but not always)and will answer questions. The place is clean and kind of a very low key sports bar, low key meaning that there's one small screen with a sports game showing. The REGULAR pizza that you can customize is fantastic, but stay away from the $8 small pie lunch special. The pizza is tiny and you only get 2 toppings per slice (4 tiny slices) which ends up being 1thin, tiny slice of pepperoni and 1crumble of sausage for each slice of that pizza. A very small drink and small 2 item salad completes the lunch special. This pizza is a huge overall tasteless disappointment. Save yourself the aggravation and order the regular sized pizza. Also, whatever you do, skip the wings!! They come frozen, regular wing size, but then they cook them until they are dry to the bone, and then they serve them to you all crispy and shriveled up, when you're half way finished with anything else you've ordered. The main advantages that The Pizza Press has over say, Pizza Rev, Blaze, Pieology, is that their pies are bigger and they offer beer, wine and other food items. Today was my 3rd visit to this place.
Pizza ingredients fresh and tasty! TRY THE WATERMELON BEER AND COOKIES! Great service. Ample space. Cold beer. HUGE TVs. Outside area was cool for the kids also doggies.
