Sage Plant Based Bistro and Brewery Echo Park

First time at this location, I usually go to the location in Pasadena. Customer service was great! Waitress was extremely nice & attentive. They brought out my food with the wrong dipping sauce, when i brought it to her attention she was nice enough to quickly bring me the correct dipping sauce and also gave us a small discount from the bill. The only downside to this location, patio sitting wasn’t an option like the Pasadena location; overall, 5⭐️!

Food was unique. My daughter is new vegan so we went there together so we could see how good vegan food can taste so we know nasty food when we get it.
I not being vegan was pleasantly suprised. Had a great time and good food. Blueberry/banana pancakes great choice. The biscuits and gravy is excellent also.

The wings are unmatched here and the service is always pleasant.

I was very happy to see that via HappyCow, they announced there will no longer be honey.. Making this restaurant vegan. Which made us glad to come back and support.

I've tried a lot of their menu and I have to say, their bowls and the cauliflower wings are the best they have to offer in terms of flavor and price. Aside from their brewery, Sage is overpriced and not worth as much as they charge for some plates.

I do love the variety of dishes, but nothing seems to pop.
A solid spot for sure if you're in a pinch to decide where to eat.

Lovers of vegan and non-vegan food can go here! Try the Buffalo Cauliflower and Polenta Tots! Damn f&$king good!!! I think anything you order will be good. Everyone is friendly and will explain anything you want to know.
