Morning Bun, Crisp Sweet and Very Tasty!
Brioche Jam Bun, Soft and Mix of Cheese and Jam were very tasty! Almond Frangipane Tart with Apple! Very Nice, And Excellent on the Almond Flavor!

We loved every dish!

I'm going to give it some time because they're still in the early days. They aren't achieving the Tartine quality or flavors just yet. They need to fly down staff from SF to train them and try and duplicate what they've done in SF. Maybe they have, but they need to do it more if they want the same quality. Maybe even fly down some morning buns each day. I miss the incredible, buttery, soft, zesty flavor bomb from up North when I lived in the city. So far, what I've had missed the mark. It's incredibly difficult and unforgiving with baking, so I'll give it some time.
