THE COOLEST CHEESECAKE FACTORY EVER! This Cheesecake Factory is a beautiful 2 story restaurant in the upscale Grove Shopping Center in Los Angeles. Despite the restaurant being very busy the night we visited, the service was excellent. Our server was Marvin, and he was friendly and efficient. Like always, the food was delicious. What sets this location apart from others is the opulent decor. When you arrive, there is a receptionist on the ground floor for check in. After your name is taken, you are directed towards the escalator that transports you to the second floor (see photo), where you check in with 2nd receptionist. There is seating both inside and outside patio sections. We had a very nice dining experience, and will definitely go back again.
This is the fanciest Cheesecake factory I have ever seen in my life! Overall experience was good. I did not like the long wait and hectic ambiance.
Great ambience! It’s a nice place to go with friends for a relaxing, feel-good evening. The servers are super friendly and mostly attentive. The quantity of food is usually quite generous (some pastas have tiny portions). Unfortunately they had very few options for vegetarian food to begin with and they recently reduced these options further. Apart from that, would totally recommend this place for a nice evening :)
The complimentary bread was good, I thought it was a good start to our dinner. This branch at The Grove had a long waiting line- almost 2 hours! We had shrimp, steaks, burger- which were good. But the fish tacos were a downer- grilled fish was dry small and tasteless. Skinny tacos -not good either. Personally, I didn’t find the interiors attractive. Service by Cynthia was very good though :)
My wife and I always have dinner here during our annual Christmas season night at the Grove. On Friday the wait time was 1 hour 20 minutes! And this was including the balcony and seating area by the Pacific Theaters. We ended up getting a spot in the bar, but that was a struggle too. We started with the Avocado egg rolls. They came out fairly quickly, but one of the egg rolls was broken in half. Despite that, the flavor was still good. My meal consisted of a Shepherd's Pie. It was a nice hefty serving. I love the flavors of their Shepherd's Pie. My wife was happy with her go to Cheesecake Factory meal: Steak Diane. We ended the night with a Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake. Super rich flavor peanut butter flavor. The black coffee we each had went really well with the cheesecake. Service was great, food was served in a timely manner. We will be back!
