1st time to go there. The line was not bad and moved quickly. Our orders were filled promptly and correctly. The onion rings were really good. I got the stretch chili dog and it was pretty good but wasn't hot, was just warm. The chili was good but it wasn't hot either. I don't know if that is the norm.
After passing by this place for so many years my girlfriend and I decided this is where we we're going to have our belated Valentine's date. I can honestly say that I was not disappointed with what I ordered or the cleanliness of the place. The staff is so friendly and so inviting. The food was hot and so full of flavor. I couldn't have asked for a better date so thank you Pink's for creating a memory for me that won't soon be forgot.
As advertised....well, the advertising that said that it is an outstanding place to eat at but and the best hot dogs in the world, with the greatest selection of combinations of hot dogs/Toppings. I never got to try a hamburger, one of the many selections of hamburgers, because OH MY GOODNESS!!! I was full, from just one of their hot dogs and an order of onion rings, both out of this world!!
The place was a buzz from all different people, from all different places, and all different ages as they were trying to decide which one of the many selections or varieties of hot dogs combinations they would choose.
The place gets busy here with long lines and orders, however the lines tend to move fast. By the time it's your turn your order should be said perfectly. Pinks has been around for so long now it's no wonder they are still respected for their food and style. I recommend this spot to everyone I know. The choices are near endless, so there's something here for you too. Enjoy!
An iconic LA experience. I like the Brando Dog! There's always a long line, but that's part of the fun. It's usually a good mix of locals and tourists and watching the team making the food is fun. You might change your mind about your order a half a dozen times before thou get to the front, but don't worry, it's all good! Just know that a spicy dog really is spicy, so order accordingly.
