    Mole and tamales were delicious. Seems super traditional, I was even able to try the chapulines (crickets).

    The food here is excellent because it achieves the bring out the most vibrant of flavors in the most simple of ways. Their salsa is delicately spicy while at the same time stubborn in its flavor. My go to is the burrito mojado with their mole sauce.-- which tests the boundaries of what experiences a mole can give rise to on palate.
