    Awesome employees and great customer service, always great food. Reason only 3 stars is the homeless people hanging around this place. Can't enjoy it that much when people yelling for no reason

    Best Pollo loco thus far. Staff was great at correcting my order. Food was amazingly good. Good job gave me my faith back in Pollo loco.

    Lunch or dinner anytime you want to eat good grilled chicken love it get some.

    Always feel good here even though they havn't been health rated with a score In YEARS!!! Anyway, food is well prepared and it is a full meal for xlnt prices. Wonderful pleasant customers service!!!!! I'd rate it a "B+".
