Buon Gusto Ristorante

The next day, I came for a very late lunch, which also fell during happy hour time. I treated myself to crab fried rice ( which is probably my favorite dish that I ate there) and a mango cocktail ( hh menu). That drink was strong, and not too sweet! I can't wait to come back and eat here. I wish they were located in Mission Hills. Also, I should note, they are very good about noting food allergies in their menu including gluten free.

Mission Hills's best kept secret! Seriously though, this is an excellent Italian restaurant that hides under the radar! I often don't trust reviews because once a place gets the hype, others seem to follow along. This place deserves some recognition. Started the night off with an excellent salad and finished with a crab filled pasta that reminded me of east coast Italian restaurants. I literally haven't tasted pasta like this since living in Mission Hills. Can't wait to go back again!

The service here can be a little lacking but the food is good. The parking lot is decent but not very big. I looked like they make their own dinner rolls and they were good.

I can't say enough about Buon Gusto Ristorante. We were looking for a place near the wedding venue for the rehearsal dinner. From first contact by phone to paying the bill, this was a wonderful experience. Emma was so easy to work with and worked hard to accommodate our group of 30. Working with her we developed a menu that provided a good variety of items. The food was so good. Everything from the appetizers to desert of tiramisu tasted great. We had two appetizers, salad, bread, four different entree's, and desert and all were a real taste treat. I don't know how they coordinated our meal so well. The service was great. The wait staff was attentive without hovering. They even accommodated a special request to manage a food allergy. I found the cost of the meal to be very reasonable considering all the food that was served. Thank you Emma and Buon Gusto Ristorante staff for providing a great meal for the wedding rehearsal dinner!

Emma is the greatest. She make you feel like family. Food is great, as well as the service. We have been giog there for over 10 years.
