    I was very surprised this modern style breakfast place in eastside of LA. Clean, quite and very kind staffs. When you enter you can smell it fresh cookies, biscuits and something delicious one♡ i was with my service dog and they welcome us to seat inside. Plus, sandwich was unique but tasty! Especially, coffee!!! OMG~ you must try it and you ll love it☆ yes! I will be back.

    Biscuits, biscuits, biscuits... absolutely delicious. Pastries are tasty too, there are many options. Couple that with decent espresso and you have a winner. Highly recommend the place to anyone in the area looking to grab late breakfast or early lunch. I think they call this brunch(?)

    Food was yummy! Coffee was smooth! Pastries so, so good and fresh! Recommend the croissant sandwich, best I've had! Staff is friendly and nice! And the place is????! If you want to pay 2 bucks for a sandwich or coffee, go to Yum Yum donuts. You get what you pay for!
