    I normally come to this place all the time when I want pupusas and I would I have given this place 5 stars if it weren’t for how long the staff takes to bring me my order. I had to wait 1 hour for my food, not to mention my food was extremely soggy. I ordered over the phone and 4 people were attended and were given faster than me. Absolutely unacceptable.

    I have spent almost half my life in the kitchen cooking professionally. I have read the reviews and there seems to be a lot of concern over how long the food takes. If you want fast Mexican / Latino food you always have Chipotle, Baja Fresh or Taco Bell. You won't have to wait at all plus they come gift wrapped. If you want good food that is cooked to order (which explains the wait), then come here. I have never had fried Tamales but will be back for them soon.

    So for those of you who like hole in the wall mom-and-pop places, this is worth a trip.

    I came here because it's my husband's favorite place during his childhood and it was really nice. Food was good, service was kind and prompt. I really enjoyed my time there. ❤
