    Hidden place kinda hard to find. Decent beef quality. A little bit pricy but I can see they're trying to make it more like a casual steak dinner place. Still in soft opening.

    The decor makes the place very interesting with a dim ambiance. The food is really what drew me to the place. The beef bowl is so tender and delicious. I would recommend skipping the egg, it doesn't add much in terms of flavor or texture

    Split a Pork Tonkatsu Omurice w/ garlic rice and a large cut steak bowl medium rare. Delicious and came with a small salad and soup. Saw this franchise in Tokyo and never got the chance to go, pleasantly surprised to be able to cross it off my bucket list in LA. Would come again.

    Pretty good Japanese beef rice bowls. They had only a limited soft open menu when we went, need to go back again to try the full menu.

    That said, the sliced beef did appear to be better than the cut steak.
