Ono Hawaiian BBQ

Delicious food, great rice, and only a short walk from the North Hollywood Metro Station. I usually go for the sampler plate since its a great combo to have chicken and beef on the same plate.

My only issue I ran into was the teriyaki sauce was aalmost completely out and I was unable to fill the little sauce cup.

The food is sooo good! A little pricey for 1 combo but you can definitely share , big portions! Also you can make your own meal...a la carte!

Surprisingly affordable because you can have an entree with several sides below $10. This place seems to be a late arrival in the Hawaiian BBQ craze of yesteryear, but to be fair, it doesn't come off as trying to sell you Hawaiian dishes as a novelty. Try the dishes because they are visually enticing, affordably priced, and refreshingly different at least as far as the food offerings on this strip by the subway is concerned.

Love this place. It pays to stand in line before they open. One time, after the first person went in, they bought out the afternoon supply, and got a rain-check for 4pm.

Everything is great here. If it's not too cold out, use the tables on the hill, if you can't wait to dig in.

One of my best lunch places to visit for a fast food joint! The meat is always sweet and savory and the veggies are streamed to perfection. Who can ask for more when you have their Mac Salad? Their Macaroni Salad is FIRE. You get a lot of food for the price you pay with unlimited refills and kick butt dipping sauces! You can't beat that. Recently we tried a different location and received the same results so it's consistent! We love the music, too - very relaxing. We will definitely be back for more.
