Wonder flavors. Authentic. No Tex-Mex here! This is the real deal. Rich flavors of Mexico from the Oaxacan region. Nostalgia reigns supreme here with live music that has a Latin beat and atmosphere that conjures a little Mexican joint from back home.

Food is definitely not your every day type so coming here was a treat and definitely a great experience. At first for some reason the food reminded me a bit of Guatemalan dishes, and it should since it's from Oaxaca (South of Mexico), but they do have their own distinctive awesome taste. Prices are good; very busy and seating is a bit crowded however, it didn't affect the timing or quality of the food or their service. Parking is like $10 or something so be ready- live music was excellent- overall service and cleanings of the place was on point. Food portions are a good size so have an appetite when you come here. You will not be disappointed.

As someone of the fair-skinned persuasion, I still have a lot to learn about mole, but this place blew anything I've had before out of the water. I can never make up my mind when ordering because they're all so damned good! One of my favorite and probably most unique spots in the city.

    HOLY MOLE.

Too easy. This place has been on my radar for a while. It's been on many top 10 lists and it's been on Travel Channel and Food Network. My biggest fear for this was that it might have been over hyped.

The wait was long but waiting at the bar was a fun experience. All the staff are accommodating and very nice. The restaurant itself is the perfect atmosphere for live music, good food, and family meals.

So how was the food??? I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations! We got the family meal because there were 16 of us, but there was more than enough food to go around. Get the MOLE Flight. Four different kinds of mole and every one of them flavorful and savory.

    I'll be back for seconds!

    Enjoy your Mole!
