My children's love the sandwiches and old time soda bottles. It was pretty kool to sit and watch them make the sandwich with such flair. Cleo service was immaculate????????????

Great little place & delicious sandwiches. Next time I have to get the pastrami. Pretty quiet outside eating area tucked behind the shop.

A great little sub spot! I got the pastrami. Very tender, juicy pastrami strips. The bread is pretty thick, and covered in sesame seeds. They have a variety of cold and hot subs. I will definitely try this place again, this time with a different sub. A definite must try if in the area and feeling like a good sub.

From what I understand... The Sub sandwiches and the salads at DeFranko's are their trade mark and simply fantastic. It's all I see anybody else order. And the place is tiny, but always packed!

If you see that you can't get in, don't even open the door. Trust me on this one. Just wait for people to come out and then walk on in. With that said... Just know the crew behind the counter is VERY friendly.

I personally order a custom built Pastrami with pickles, tomato's and red onion every single visit! The same for the rest of my family. (just no onions)

By far the best Pastrami sandwich you can buy anywhere in the San Fernando Valley. Every friend I've brought to this place has backed me up on the one. I'll even admit I've tried to personally duplicate their recipe. It's that good!
