    The shrimp boat Is a wonderful little place with very good food and friendly service

    Like stepping back in time to the original classic Johnny's shrimp boat on main Street in downtown LA where I drove my first car over 40 years ago outrageously delicious well done

    Good fast food and a laid back eating environment. Food is very affordable compared to the same or similar places in Downtown Los Angeles.

    First time here. Food was amazing. When I saw the menu I had doubts but when my food arrived I couldn't help but think this combination with the gravy is soooo awesome.

    Historic shrimp. Small place with maybe 3 or 4 tables inside and a counter. Great food, been eating been eating here for years. If you live in Boyle heights and you've never had Johnny's shrimp boat, you don't know what you're missing.
