(November 10, 2018, 9:36 pm)I drove by Mandarin Best in Sherman Oaks and could smell the great chinese food from the street. They have the BEST lunch specials. The food is great and you get huge portions. The service is really good. They use very fresh healthy ingredients too. I would highly recommend especially if you are on a budget but still want to eat out and have good chinese food!

(August 23, 2018, 4:01 am)Average Chinese restaurant. Prices are decent but food lacks genuine taste. Delivery men are also highly critical of tips less than $5 for driving less than 2 miles (a shock).
