The personnel is always pleasant and efficient... there’s a real sense of community at this Coco’s. Additionally, the food is fresh and tasty ????

I met my real estate agents this time and we only got drinks. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The service was great considering that we took up a table for over an hour!

The Sunland location has improved considerably over the years. I really enjoy going there.

I tend to get breakfast even for lunch and my favorite thing there is the cinnamon roll French toast. Wow!

Almost all Coco's are on par with IHOP and Danny's, so the rating here reflects how this Coco's compares with others. To start, the waiting staff is incredibly friendly and very patient. The quality of the food itself depends on what you order; breakfast things are usually well prepared, fried American food is pretty well done, and the "fancier" menu items are usually to be avoided. With that said, the overall quality of the food as a whole has seemingly declined in recent years (this may be franchise wide and not specific to this Coco's). Lastly, I want to reiterate how well the waiting staff runs this establishment, very clean, very friendly, and incredibly efficient.

Very friendly staff loved it .food was delicious as well as the price. If you do visit make sure you don't leave with out having a peace of pie finger licking good ..

Excellent breakfast in the afternoon... Connie gave us Excellent service... Portions were generous... Pricing was fair and location convenient... A winner!!!
