Great place for tasty food! Quick and bargain priced as well. Parking isn't easy, but it is avail and free in the small shared lot.

    Spicy Chicken Plate.

I’m all about the spicy chicken plate here.

Lots of sliced up chicken, with rice, and salad. It is consistently good. And fills me up.

At eight dollars, it’s a bargain considering the pricy restaurants around West Los Angeles.

Update: they don’t give as much chicken as before.

Low key open late restaurant. The plates are amazing and the sushi rolls in addition to tempura. Any main choice come with rice and a fresh green salad with diced ????, radish slices and a stroke of fresh orange. They have great udone soup and vegan choices in addition to regular meat and chicken. I love the side seaweed salad and the cucumber sesame salad as well fresh an amazing. The serve sake and green tea.spacious seating, mostly self service with a tip at cashier. Very nice professional staff. It's cash only and has an ATM machine inside if you're out of cash.

To say this is a fabulous restaurant was barely doing it justice. The dining experience at New Japan is a work of art and theater. Rarely have I been so enchanted by the menu that was gracefully placed before me or the humble yet exceptional chef (New Japan) who prepared it. 13 Courses: dish after dish of beautiful food, complex flavors and attention to detail that makes every item feel like eating a Monet. The expense will seem reasonable when you become immersed in this divine gallery of culinary brilliance. Google doesn't have enough stars to rate New Japan.
