I've been craving mac and cheese ALL DAY so I looked up places and this is what I found. I work literally 5 min so I was able to walk there, very easy to find on the corner of La Brea. I got the side Mac and cheese with broccoli (finally) and treated myself with to. strawberry sorbet and both were presented beautifully and tasted really nice! The server was attentive but not overly attentive as I was coming here to relax for lunch. The ambience is very nice and relaxing I couldn't even hear the traffic outside. I definitely recommend this place to someone looking for some good food and a relaxing vibe. I'll be back for the happy hour bottomless mimosas just didn't think it would be appropriate since I had to go back to work. Next time!

This romantic restaurant is a great place to take a date since it is dimly lit and they offer plenty of secluded booths. Luna Park also sometimes offers discounts on other sites so I would take a look before going. I recommend their Mac & Cheese and risotto. There is some meter parking available depending on when you go.

This is a nice space with candles, low lighting and heavy velvet curtains swept to the side of the wooden booths. It's a comfortable place, nice for a drink and appetizer before a show at the El Rey. The dinner menu is really hit-and-miss. Service has always been good.

I mostly go to Luna Park for drinks, but it's also a great place to grab lunch or dinner. It's pretty close to the El Rey so I enjoy eating there before shows, and the location is a good middle ground between the west side and east side if you're meeting up with people.

Lately I've just been hitting up their happy hour instead of full dinner-- if I remember correctly, the drinks and small appetizers are 2 for the price of 1. The special cocktails are quite delicious, and I'm always a fan of a deal. Get the mojito. You'll thank me later.

For appetizers, I'd suggest the prosciutto or the roasted cauliflower. The cauliflower is slightly spicy so heads up on that. I'm gluten intolerant so I haven't had their pizzas, but I know for a fact the burger is delicious.

Parking can be kind of a pain depending on what time you're there. There's usually a spot somewhere on La Brea (unless it's rush hour, when I think that might be an anti-gridlock zone) or a couple behind the place on Sycamore Ave. Honestly, I'd just valet. I hate paying for parking more than anyone but it'll just make your life easier.

The food was really good. It's a bit pricey, but still a great ambiance and excellent date night sort of place. Some of the booths have curtains and look very romantic. They keep it pretty dark such I liked. My girlfriend loved the place and food. The fondue appetizer was great. Creme brulet and Shortcake were so good.
