Good God. These burritos.
This absolute hole in the wall run by chef / owner Farid Zadi is one of the best taco joints I've experienced in a long, long time. Farid was very welcoming when my friend and I came by today; she had been hyping up everything on the menu for the past 2 weeks, and it did not disappoint.
I grabbed the pozole burrito with a side of Algerian samosas, filled with spinach and feta, and both were packed with flavor and filling. I also got a chance to try my friend's order of fried cauliflower, and they were fantastic as well.
Needless to say, I'll be coming back here to try everything I can!
Always one of my first stops when I'm visiting LA. The duck, fish, and cauliflower tacos can't be beat.
Very unassuming trendy place. It looks almost sketchy from the outside, but it's really just a no fuss restaurant. I tried the duck hash tacos and their smash fries which are actually quartered potatoes, but still delicious.
My favorite place to take out-of-towners. Honestly one of the most unique experiences to be had in LA! Great food and people. Farid and his family are a delight ^_^
Diverse selection of tacos. Great to share if you don’t mind a bit of mess. Duck and cauliflower were the highlights. Even if you’re not very hungry recommended to start with 3-4 tacos per person.
