Great spot to catch sunset on the patio (seat yourself so you may have to wait around for a spot, just grab a drink!). Great fish tacos, and a social crowd. If your from out of town, chat it up with anyone. All is friendly at the beach!
Staff seems knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, even when it’s slammed packed! They rock.

This place changed my life. I came all the way from Toronto and I decided to walk in this place for a drink the rest was history. Early afternoon a dj was popping the 1s and 2s and the girls were the best I've seen in all LA. All we ordered was rye and gingers and we got completely wasted. The tacos were excellent too. I can't wait to go back. If the owner is reading this invite me back as a guest bartender.

Had the fish-n-chips. Comes as one large fillet. It was good, hot, crisp, flakey. Homemade tarter sauce is good, thick, creamy. Fries were good but could have been crisper. Went cold fast. Waitress' service was not good. Cold. Short. Did not check on us or ask if we wanted our drinks refilled. Will try someplace else on next trip. Service and experience is just as important as atmosphere and quality of food, probably more important.

Staple beach bar hang in Venice. Windows on the upper deck help mitigate windy days. Crowd is always good. Service is fast. Food is worth ordering. Have spent countless times here with friends when visiting LA. Locals I know also frequent here a lot.

What a cute place to dine alfresco! It’s literally right by the beach—just a few steps from the sand. I love how they’re accommodating for pups! This is something I absolutely miss about living in California! My friends and I came here for a late lunch. They had discounted appetizers from a certain time along with drinks. Their fries were really good. The staff were friendly and again accommodating. There wasn’t a long wait to be seated and the food didn’t take long either. I’ll definitely come back here with my pup and friends!
