I had learn not to expect much from BBQ places in LA, Bludso' Bar & Que has changed my mind. The food was flavorful and delicious. The brisket was tender, the mac & cheese was flavorful and creamy, the cornbread was moist, the pork rib were perfectly smoked, the greens were yummy and I ordered the banana pudding first. I figured start at the end...and each first bite was better than the next. Definitely returning.

Very good!! One of the best places I’ve tried for an authentic American BBQ! Food is very tasty and the service is very fast and efficient! I have ordered back ribs, brisket and pulled pork they all delicious but my favorite was the Brisket! I'm happy that I found a nice place to take my friends when they are in town! Definitely recommend!!

The best reward after surfing... Slow cooked, great flavor, adequate spice. I love the Mac n cheese side. And you can BYOB from the market next door and eat in the picnic area. What more could you want?

Chocolate chip cookies are ah-may-zing! The pulled pork sandwich was my husband's favorite and I really enjoyed the salad I got, but it was a little dry. Would have benefited from dressing. BBQ was very good and I loved that the bread used are the little Hawaiian rolls. Yum! Parking is terrible here and it is hot as heck inside, so I'd suggest take-out, which is what we did.

Think this place matches with any place in Texas. Makes sense because the head chefs from Texas!!! Well at least I believe he is because of the Texas flag inside the restaurant. Great stuff here and prices are fair in my book. 2 grown men eating til explosion for about 60 bucks is a win. We left food!!! Ordered too many sides. Great place. Service is whatever. A must try!!
