    They got my order right (this is a first for Carl's Jr) and it was actually pretty good! Resembled the ad more than most fast food. They were rather quick to respond and really friendly. One of the most enjoyable fast food experiences I can recall. Would recommend this Carl's over any others.

    This place is usually pretty cool the food is good and utter mostly clean the staff could use some customer service classes but other than that it's ok

    Thank you guys! Our order 1 month ago was messed up at around 3am when we went through the drive-thru. Today, The manager Besbi did a great job and honored her word. I called in before and she stated that she will give us a a “redo meal” as a consolation. My wife and I really appreciate it and we’ll be returning! A++ on customer service and care. Also, I think we scared the drive through attendant by asking for the manager but he did a good job as well. Thank you all!
